Castelayn Care Home

We are pleased to have been engaged as the utilities coordinator at a demolition project in Sheffield. The former care home is to be demolished as part of a modernisation plan.

Our role is to support the site clearance by removing all utilities infrastructure from site, ensuring that it is left in a safe condition for the main contractor. This includes the disconnection of the gas outlet pipework, removal of the gas meter and a disconnection of the incoming gas service. We will coordinate the disconnection of the incoming three-phase electric supply, the three-phase meter, incoming water service and meter and the overhead telecoms lines.
