Utility Source is very proud to have been engaged to coordinate utility installations on behalf of one of our valued repeat customers, demonstrating the value in working hard to develop relationships.

Having finished the installations at a KFC in Bolton, we were presented with an exciting opportunity to return to the North West to coordinate on a new build site in Oldham.

The new restaurants are being constructed on a site formerly known as the Bowling Green Inn.  The pub was first built in 1784 and was a much loved pub community venue. Sadly closed permanently in August 2021 after 237 years of history and happy memories.  Prior to any work taking place we assessed the existing services and had the electric and gas disconnected by the network operators to enable the demolition of the pub.

Work has now commenced on the installation of two new electric supplies to feed the newly constructed restaurants and the two new water services have recently been installed ready for the opening.  We have also coordinated the preparation works for the BT Openreach connections to be completed.

We are looking forward to seeing that first cup of coffee and of course that boneless banquet.
