Gisburn Mansions, located in the London Borough of Haringey, was the first development we worked on where an additional floor was being constructed as part of a vertical extension.

This project highlighted that our core purpose as a business goes beyond simply delivering utilities—it's about solving complex challenges for our clients.
The building, a Victorian terrace, was carefully redeveloped to create 18 apartments in a well-established and desirable area.
From a utilities standpoint, the project presented multiple challenges: outdated and damaged infrastructure requiring complete replacement, unregistered meters not appearing on the National Database, limited access and egress, and restrictions on termination positions due to crane operations on-site.

Despite the complexities, the project was a success—delivering both practical solutions and valuable experience. Projects like this, often avoided by many within the industry, have played a key role in shaping our expertise and approach.
