We often find ourselves working on unique buildings and this is certainly one of them. Nestled in the small village of Baslow, located in the stunning Derbyshire Dales, this spectacular property, formerly an old farmhouse that had been demolished, now has a valuation of over £1m.

Challenge

Our Solution

Successful Gas Installation: Our role was to engage with a suitably accredited gas contractor who installed a large diameter gas service.

Electrical Supply: Due to the nature of this house, the customer required a three phase electric supply which we were able to supply through liaising with the network operator.

BT Openreach: We provided guidance to the homeowner regarding his options around telecoms infrastructure and completed BT Openreach registration on his behalf.

Results:

Completed installation of utilities for a valued repeat customer at this beautiful unique house.
