Portsmouth Mill
Portsmouth Mill, a historic textile mill built in 1848 in Todmorden, has undergone a complete transformation to help relieve the pressure on local housing needs. The disused building with immense character has been brought back to life with 10 residential apartments, with plans for additional housing within the grounds in future phases.

Langtree Care Home
Langtree Care Home, a new construction project within the Standish Care Village in Wigan, was designed to provide specialised care for individuals in the advanced stages of dementia. Our role was to coordinate the installation of the development’s utilities, including gas, water, electricity, and fibre internet, to ensure the building’s operational readiness.

St Cecelia's Church
St Cecelia's Church, a distinctive 1930s building in Sheffield's Parsons Cross area, underwent a significant transformation to convert it into 18 residential apartments with a communal area. Having worked with the developer on several other projects, we were entrusted with coordinating the installation of essential utilities for this project.

The LEAF Centre
The LEAF Centre, situated within the grounds of the Rockingham Junior & Infant school in Wingfield, is a development we take great pride in being involved in.
The centre is a new educational building designed to support local children with social and emotional mental health needs. It is a fantastic asset to the community with young children’s futures and aspirations at the heart of it.

KFC & Starbucks
The Bowling Green Inn, a historic pub dating back to 1784, had fallen into disrepair and closed its doors in 2021. A franchisee of KFC and Starbucks recognised the potential of this prime location and acquired the property with plans to transform it into a modern food and beverage hub.

The Coach House
The Coach House, a historic Grade 2 listed building dating back to 1779, had fallen into disrepair.
Located in the heart of Sheffield’s Hillsborough Park, the building and adjoining Potting Sheds were a forgotten gem with a beautiful walled garden at the rear. Age UK recognised its potential and secured funding to transform the site into a facility that would provide much needed support for the local community.
